Large 3.5 Pieces (2 bedrooms + large living/dining area) bright and airy apartment in the centre of the Old Town of Vevey (Place Scanavin), 1 block from the lake and 6 mins walk to the station.

The apartment is on the top floor (in the roof or 'combles') of a small block of 5 apartments, with wooden beams and a large mezzanine level. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), underfloor heating, and the shared laundry (washer/dryer) is also located on the top floor with no strict schedule for use (rare for Switzerland!).

We currently pay 1969/month incl. charges and are planning to leave the apartment on the 15th of September (on agreement).

Disaster! The incoming tenant who was meant to replace us has had a heart attack in Ireland and can't take the apartment afterall.
