I am a 23 year old professional seeking a new flatmate to share my apartment with in Kusnacht, Goldbach. It is situated 2 mins walk from the station. The apartment is very modern...comes with a large kitchen (dishwasher, oven, grill, large fridge and freezer), large bathroom with shower (2 sinks), extremely large living and dining area (sliding doors can seperate the two). It is a 2 bedroom flat and the bedroom available is large. Possibilty for internet access in the room. There is also a balcony and all rooms overlook the lake and mountains.

The area is quiet so ideally look for professional m/f aged 21-31, non smoker ideal but not too strict on this...this will ideally suit someone who wants to live in a very chilled out area right beside the lake...
obviously i am looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and some what outgoing....as I am Irish

Downside? As new myself to this apt the living room has one couch
the bedroom does contain a bed

rent 1460 CHF...
