Someone had contacted me to rent the flat, but they never followed up. Flat is still available.

Bumping this thread to see if anyone's interested. Had a 2nd person contact me as well, but also didn't hear back.

Place is cozy with an unobstructed view of the Lake. Just thought it would be a win/win for someone who needs short term accommodations.
