We have just moved out of a flat in Seefeld (Lindenstrasse, right by the lake) and are looking for either permanent tenants or short term tenants until our lease runs out in March.

I expect the permanent rent is more than you would be willing to pay - I'm afraid it's a pretty expensive area because of it's location and proximity to everything - but we'd be willing to negotiate on a short term arrangement if you'd be interested.
