I'm looking for 1 or 2 english speaker flatmate(s) to share a apartment in Lausanne city center (not far from the railway station). Instead of looking alone for an expensive small studio apartment, I propose to share a bigger flat with 2 or 3 bedrooms for a better price.

I'm a young french professional working and living in Switzerland for 3 months, I spent 2 years in Ireland, missing english... I'm looking for english speakers to do in the same time an language and culture exchange. Looking for clean and tidy people.

A couple of things are not clear in your original post:

Do you already have a flat? Or, are you looking for people with whom you can then apply for something together.

Also, have you been here for the last 3 months, and will be staying much longer, or have you just arrived and will only be here for 3 more months?

If you don't get anybody interested here, then try posting or looking at the noticeboards in the two universities in Lausanne.
