Room and board required exch work Swiss/France

I am looking for another adventure,country or mountains or sea.Would like to exchange work for room and board.Something interesting if possible not hotel or restaurant work.experienced gardening,caretaking etc.French/English spoken.
At present I am in scotland,but would like the chance to return to europe.
