The room has double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside tables, plus a desk for working.

It's location is pretty convenient for both the city centre and the airport, both around 15-20 minutes minutes, and all local bus, tram, and SBahn are pretty near. Very near UBS, IBM, Julius Baar offices in Altstetten

It has a modern fitted kitchen, separate dining area, space for six easily, good sized living room with TV, DVD, Stereo, and a separate WC and bathroom & shower with two wash basins. Also a large balcony with gas BBQ for everyones use, and will also sit 6 comfortable.

Had a couple of PMs about this but, as our current flatmates plans changed, the room is now available around 19 March.

In case there is any doubt, this room is still available ... I am moving out on Thursday 18 March, so it will be available from then.

It would be a good choice for anyone who needs somewhere to stay at short notice, and it's a good location if you're working in Altstetten, Schlieren or Albisrieden.

There is quite a bit of interest, but nothing definite yet, as the dates changed.
Someone is viewing it Thursday with a view to move in 1 April, and there are 2 guys behind her, hoping to move in 27/28 March, but they are not yet in Zürich.

It's a good location for anywhere in the city centre. Hauptbahnhof is only around 15 minutes, Oerlikon the same, airport 20.

Considering the whole of UBS in Zurich - excluding Paradeplatz - is shifting to Altstetten over the next few months (oops! you didn't know, Mr Banker?) accomodation in this area is going to become difficult to find...
