High quality light fittings and curtains provided by landlord and the apartment has beautiful wooden floors throughout. One parking space in the town secure underground car park is included within the rent; a 2nd adjacent space can be leased for an extra cost.
Water/central heating is also included in the rent. For those that don't speak French, our landlord speaks perfect English!
For those who don't know Aubonne, it is a beautiful vineyard town with numerous facilities, including a cinema, gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, supermarket, bank, chemist etc. It's very peaceful and has a regular bus service to Alleman train station. It even has a town cat!
