Hi Karina,

I'll be vacating my apt by this end of April, I'm looking for someone to take over the rental per 1 May 2010.

It's a 3.5 pieces apt, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room & outside balcony, plus separate WC & bathroom. Current rental price is CHF 1520.-- (incl. utilities). There's a small COOP nearby (5mins) if you need a quick grab for your cooking.
