We are moving from our apartment at the beginning of August and need to find new tenants

Meilen Dorfstrasse

centrally located in Meilen
Lake view from Lounge and Balcony.
4.5 rooms
Underground Garage
parquet flooring throughout.
Modern bathroom and shower room
Chimney

Cellar and attic storage
Only 6 apartments in block


1 min from Meilen train station and (S7 12mins to Zurich)
5 mins from Meilen ferry and Meilen Strandbad.

2665 CHF per month (neighbouring costs), which is extremely reasonable for the gold coast and this area. If you are interested please pm me.

Love living in Meilen, it's a lovely community and the schools are excellent. And you know my thoughts on Meilen Badi :-)

Also forgot to mention that the apartment is on the 2nd floor. So there is no apartment above you.
