Ciao! This is GenXpat. Hope you are all enjoying the summer!

As I am going to start a new job in Zurich, I am looking for an apartment to rent in Zurich city. I would appreciate it if you can let me know any sutiable flat available.

I need an apartment with at least 2.5 rooms of 65 square meters, a modern building or an old building with charm is preferred. My office is near 'Wipkingen', Fischerweg stop, and I would like to commute no more than 30 minutes by bicycle or public transportations.
