• Location Zone 10 Zurich (as close to the lake as possible)
• Servicing: Atleast once a week

• Cable TV: Yes (Although I have the Cablecom connection)
• Parking/Garage: Not required
• Floor: Preferably ground floor
• Washing/Drying: In the apartment
• Dish Washer: Prefered
• Table-ware/cutlers, pans, microwave, iron board, iron, dining table, wardrobe, bed(s), sofa, TV, coffee machine, lamps, towels, bedsheets

I warn you though, you wont get anything near the lake for that money, especially with Service! I am paying 2300CHF for a 30m2 room in the middle of Wiedikon.

Thanks! Both PABS and City seem to be full till August. I'm not very particular about the location. Services are my first priority. Also tried Swiss Star - the only option they had was way above my budget.

just been speaking to a girl at city apartments and they have stuff free now...however not in the 2 room category.
If you get really stuck maybe try going higher or lower.

Thanks! The issue with going for a smaller apartment is that my family is here and something less than 2 rooms would be too small and if I go for something bigger, then the company budget comes in between.

Not sure if it's just me but I called City and asked for free apts. We have 5 trainees coming from India and I need to arrange 5 furnished apts for them in July. The standard answer I get from all the vendors is we're fully booked. Not sure if it's the short duration (3-4 weeks) thats not attractive for the vendors.

Has anyone else also experienced something similar - You are told there's nothing available and then someone else calls and get the apartment! Even our HR called to confirm and they said no.
