I understand the need to fight of spammers (trying to use craigslist in the CH was an awakening for me). Maybe it could it be possible to split up Marketplace posting into "Buy" and "Sell", and moderate those two separately?

If the rule is in place to prevent spammers and scammers I would think it is a lot more difficult to scam people by buying stuff from them, so there is no need to regulate "buy" side as strictly...
