Hi all.

My son is about to complete his Plumbing (Sanitare/Klempner) certificate and asked me if I know if there is a skills shortage in Europe in his field. Naturally I don't so I did a search on EF and nothing came up. So I was wondering if any of my learned friends could assist? He has a South African passport and he has around 4 years practical experience in his field. Many Thanks.
