Month 2 - Potty Training Sucks
Posted 20.05.2008 at 10:30 by smbuzby
So now we are two months in, and still no luck with the potty training.
Rags is much happer to crap on the bathroom floor than in the hole - and it's bloody hard to keep track of the little buggers to know where they are all the time!
I found out yesterday, that the founder of the company trained her cat in seven days to use the damn thing properly - BUT she also slept in the bath room with the cat for those seven days. Bugger that for a game of soldiers.
We're going to try one more complete weekend and then most likely buy a proper litter tray.
I wonder if anyone has invented a perfumed suppository for cats.....

| | At fiirst I thought you were talking about a child and man oh man did I every think you needed anger management. Good luck with the cat. You could let it outside to do its business. |

| | Hi just wanted to comment, we have three Cats all brought up by us and also potty trained from beginning on we had a 'proper' litter tray, i am wondering what you mean with the hole? what i know is that if you have a clean and proper litter tray, the cat will automatically start using it after you just put the cat in it to show what it is, by nature they like to dig a bit and if it is in a room without towels or carpet and only stone or wood on the floor it should not take much effort for the cat to do it's thing there , i hope it helps. and please do not let it outside when it is very young, there is a huge chance it will never come back ![]() Cheers, Jaak |
