How to become a self-employed (freelancer) in Switzerland

Hi guys,

could you please advice my colleagues, where to search for the info in case they plan to become freelancers in Switzerland?

They are planning to move to Switzerland in the nearest future and start their own business. The problem is their nationality - non-EU (US and Chile).

Could you please send me some useful links?
