My wife would like to advertise her mobile hairdressing services, but what is the best way to do this. I have seen the advertising boards in the local supermarkets, are these any good and how do you go about putting your advert there ?

Also, in view of the above she is only English speaking (slowly learning German) so i presume we would have to make this clear on the advert ?

Are there any others medium's that she could use that could attract her target audience ?

Well you can advertise here on Marketplace commercial, like I did. I have targeted the local English Speaking groups through this forum and from doing searches as in my case Basel English speaking and found lots of ways to advertise through internet newsletters that these groups send out. Winterhur is so close to Zurich and there are alot of those Zuricher's on this forum. Hope this helps.

I see now you have posted on here. So the other suggestion is far better. Target English speaking groups in Zurich and Winterhur.
