work with a ERP system called 'Insight'?

I've reviewed it in the past and discounted it as too US centric, a very micky-mouse website suggesting the software would be of a similar standard, no knowledge base or discernable ticket tracking, and not really enterprise scale.

Suggest you look into SAP, PeopleSoft (Oracle), and Microsoft products.

It depends on the size of the company, but I would look into
Microsoft Dynamics for a small - medium size company.

PeopleSoft and SAP for large companies.

Thank you. We have a JDEdwards platform and I suppose this is one of the reasons that this is being considered.

Take a look at SAP Business One. It's for smaller businesses.
I've a friend who implements it who says it works fine.
No idea of the running costs mind you.
