I think the problem with the IT crowd is that they believe in "if you build it they will come". That is: the best product wins. Nope. McDonalds doesn't have the best burger, the cheapest burger, or the best value burger. Nor do they have a totally unique product offering. They also didn't invent the burger. However they're the most successful at what they do. Why?

Not because my products were better, as I sold the same stuff as the others, but because I gave the customers a better experience while shopping, after shopping and if the stuff stopped working....better all the way.

Well as no one wants to be a ''normal'' employee.. I am happy to take the position , just let me know how much you pay? 150K or 200K CHF
