Does anyone know the procedure to set up your own company in Switzerland? We are both non-EU citizen with working permit B (both working for MNC's). We want to explore the option to have our own business here, but not sure what are legal procedures?

Hi, like in all other countries, it depends what kind of company you would like to set up. Check out www.kmu.admin.ch - the source for official information. A friend of mine (expat) has started her own dentistry a few years ago. The authorities have postponed it due to the fact that she needed the C-Bewilligung for it! Hope you find some helpful info there!
