And, you need to have an option "NONE OF THE ABOVE" for some questions.

(by the way, still a dumb survey - your beer choices and food choices should be more open instead of "forced preference" - nobody would have ticked an "I want an iPad" box - you should get free text input too)

Since I took the time of doing the previous poll, I did this one too. But that first question... I need some brain bleach. Last thing crossing my mind was ice-cream flavours, which was probably the point...  
Nice touch to have added a polite introduction this time.
