Micro electronics store search (parts and pieces only)
Can anyone recommend an electronics parts store other than conrad or distrelec?
Must sell active and passive components, along with various solder items like switches, connectors etc.
No digitec don't sell what I need.
Thank you for your help.

No English/French website, I don't know if they ship orders and no first hand experience -but I've heard good things about Pusterla Elektronik in Zürich several times.

I can also recommend Pusterla, just off the Langstrasse in Zürich. They have a better selection than Conrad.
A real old fashioned store but tend to be very helpful.
For Farnell you can try the UK site as well, they're a UK company. Just select the Global Sites link in the corner and hit the Union Jack (or Stars and Bars if you're so inclined)
Another vote for Pusterla. I have been there and they were very helpful. They have bins and bins of components out in the store, and much more behind the counter. The guy I talked with also spoke English.
I'm also in need of a good electronics store. I am looking for a multi-system tv that has both PAL and NTSC. This basically means if I spend 2K US dollars I might be able to bring back with me. I went to Media Mart and Darty in Lausanne and they didn't have any.
Any recommendations? If anyone has one for sale that's an option too. I'm surprised I have not found a lot of electronics/items for sale since there are so many expats that have to buy Swiss electronics and have to move back. If you could recommend a site that would be great too.
what kind of TV are you searching for?
Fr. 2000 can certainly buy you one. Do you want to take it the US or bring one in? (either way, check the voltage or you could burn it out)
