I would suggest The Times/Sunday Times.

The 'Evening Standard' and 'Loot' - both have specific property sections and are London based.

exactly as Phil said. also how are you going to handle viewing? May be best to get a "decent" estate agent to handle it for you. How to find one is another question.

Re: Property Classifieds in the London Press

appreciate the quick replies. Answer to the recent question is Swiss commercial real estate - intended as investment.

As a side note : interesting to see that this thread already ranks #5 on google.ch when entering "property classifieds" + london

Re: Property Classifieds in the London Press

you are saying that you want to advertise in London to sell for commercial property in CH? Am I correctly? Not having a property in London that you want to sell?

I think it depends on the value and location. Certainly all the big broadsheets and may be even Linkedin.

So the Evening Standard and Loot are right out. Times/Sunday Times, Telegraph, or even the FT.

Or maybe the local banks where you are have suitable investors for you? According to Tagesanzeiger, many Germans whose (cough) totally legitimate (cough) Swiss bank deposits are desparate to move their money out of their accounts, but cash withdrawals (as in "phsical banknotes") appear to heve become a lot more difficult as of late.

Re: Property Classifieds in the London Press

appreciate the leads.

Am interested in London as the place where a bunch of folks from a bunch of locations worldwide look for big-time deals to conduct.

Origin doesn't matter, since commercial real-estate means anybody can deal - not just residents.

Just curious : how to get attention through a LinkedIn post ?

Cordialement

Big-time deals are not usually done via the classifieds section of any newspaper, unless it's a Tender Offer (e.g. by a foreign govenment entity). The fact alone that you advertise your project in the classifieds section shows that you don't have any contacts who could offer your projects to their clients (for a fee ).

Re: Property Classifieds in the London Press

not sure I got your point but don't worry : I just placed a M CHF 35.0 building the other day near Montreux and am rather familiar with the tricks of the trade when it comes to getting to acquirers.

Permanently exploring ways to refresh your client base is however a constrain in the the business that I am in.
