Are there any global companies of this type with HQ in Zurich?

Trying to track something down through a fairly loose description and i wasnt aware of any

It doesnt list either of the two industries on its homepage....but could be, i guess

THE real answer to your question is a clear NO . There are heaps of REP-offices, but NO HQ-offices

Depends what you mean - in terms of aircraft maintenance SR Technics have their HQ in Zurich

Jet Aviation? It's mother company is a defense conglomerate (General Dynamics).
