Yes, I have already the company registered in Cyprus but not in Switzerland. So I am looking to opening a branch here in Lausanne (or maybe another canton if that makes sense). Yes I am EU citizen, B Permit, and Cyprus is in the Schengen treaty.

Depending on the type of business - i.e. if you only need a small office/virtual office for taxation purposes - it's easier to open and operate a SARL from Luxembourg.
