could anyone offer advise on how I can make a Swiss business contract that I can use when selling my software/skills to other companies overseas?

I guess I need to hire a lawyer to make one for me. But perhaps there are generic ones that I can adapt?

Just a followup on this.

'Starting a business for dummies (UK 3rd edition)' suggests the following bookkeeping software, to let one do a whole variety of business activities, not just contracts, with least the least bloodshed:

MYOB
TAS
Quickbooks
Sage

I'm still figuring out which to go for. Google Apps have some interesting alternatives too.

I wouldn't hire an attorney unless you plan to open an entire company or if you don't understand the language.

The contracts are pretty straightforward in Switzerland without
all the legalese that you find in the US and perhaps UK.

I contracted 5 years in Switzerland without opening a company.
