Closing a sarl

I opened a Limited liability company in Switzerland but unfortunately have decided not to continue. What is most efficient and economical way to close a company. It is a single owner company and there are no creditors.

Talk to the accountant who filed the tax return for the company.

I have not filed any tax return yet company was founded only in December 2011.
