What you are looking at is including a payment gateway to your website?

I'm using prestashop, but not for CH market. Its a good platform so far

Just on the prestashop note, from experience, it is a quite heavy platform and has had some security problems in the past if your planning on using it for a webstore. You could just use a paypal module, it should accept any type of visa/mastercard/paypal account from Switzerland without issue.
