Tax Residency - Swiss / French

Is it possible to be a tax resident of 2 countries - both Switzerland and France? If I were a director of a Swiss company (and have Swiss address where I would stay on the weekends and some week days) but also work in France during the week for a French company (where I would also have an address during the week). My family would be in Switzerland during the week. Thanks !!

Re: Tax Residency - Swiss / French

It's entirely possible, and not usually desirable, to be resident for tax purposes in more than one country. Where you pay tax, and how much, is down to tax treaties. Usually, you'll pay at the higher rate of the two countries.
