| | | Trying to open a small T-shirt printing company in Swiss.
Hi everyone,
I am new comer to Suiss, and with a permit B. I have always wanted to open a small T-shirt printing and selling business here i Switzerland, but since i am new here, i was wandering if anyone can help me with a solid and start-up info to begin with.
Ok, i have permit B, 24 years old,
Working part time, i have no diploma, and i don't know what degree is required to run a small printing business.
Can you please explain how i should start, and what i need to know about setting up such business in Suisse?
Thanks, in advance.

hahaha.. Very... But not quite!
1 - i want to set up a bussiness, not work in a store.
2 - i don't want to pickup girls, i want to start a serious relationship

| | | Re: Trying to open a small T-shirt printing company in Swiss. | Quote: | | | | | Write a business plan. | | | | | A business plan is something like this:
1. Collect Underpants
2. ?
3. Profit
But with the blank in number two filled in. Perhaps with additional steps 0, 1a, 2c, and 3m.
Yours looks like this at the moment:
1. Print t-shirts
2. ?
3. Profit
Think about, where will you print your shirts, where will you sell your shirts, how will you print your shirt, where do you get your shirts, how will you advertise, who else sells printed shirts, what is there price, what will be your price, how much profit do you want to make, what equipment do you need, how much does said equipment cost, how much space do you need, what is your target volume, how can you reach your volume, what happens if you do not reach your volume, what happens if an order for a much higher volume comes, how to you finance your equipment, how do you maintain your equipment, etc, etc.
As an exercise watch The big Bang Theory, Episode "The Work Song Nanocluster".

i have a heat press machines, and a laser ink jet printer that prints 100+ shirts a day. I have a paypal account to sell t-shirts online. I have also a website installef with multulangual e-commerce web template, i also have suppliers of the best t-shirts you can for printing at mind blowing wholesale prices, got three people in Dubai, Amsterdam and Seattle ready to resale my products, got an fb page with 21k active fans and a news, online chatting site to advertise my site and my produts. If i wssn't using mobile to type, i would've said more. So, what i am asking, is how to set up the bussiness and stay working the legal way.
So, if you will be kind and tell me what you regarding the costs, procedures not some mumbo jumbo.

Well for every one well-mannered person, there are 10 or more faggots who reach climax on the cost of other peoples' dismay.
I have got nothing to say, to some of the sadistic people trying to be funny but .... NOT!

You do not need a license to establish your business. There are different form how you can establish your business inform yourself here and also look here.
For importing the t-shirts you have to pay 8% import tax (on value + shipping) plus customs charges (look them up on TARES)

Maybe i am just unfamiliar with a language that calls this country "in Swiss" or "Suiss"
It's Switzerland, Schweiz, etc etc.. do make an effort, it helps with integration and doesn't p1ss people off.

To the OP:
EF is not the "we know all about starting a t-shirts business" forum, so you need to accept that people give you the best advice they can.
If you need more specific advice, go to a t-shirts related company and speak to the responsible person directly, don't come here and get pissed when you don't get 100% what you asked for.
Calling people f*gg*ts is a bad idea, I don't think your prospective customers will like that at all. If you want to rant about something, please go to the Complaints Corner and don't bash the people who are trying to help you here.
Read Terminology: Swiss vs. Switzerland and learn that before you start a business here.
