We increasingly meet our corporate clients in their offices in Zurich and it would be nice to have a small Zurich office to go to in between meetings. We don't need much, it will not replace our beautiful Winterthur Villa office. We would be happy with sharing space with others, or just using on a "two day a week basis" or similar. Clearly cheap is important and it should be very centrally located (paradeplatz - enge) and stylish (encourage creativity!) - with privacy too for when coaching clients want to leave their corporate environment and come to us.

Any ideas? cheap, stylish, private, central - surely someone has this and is happy to share it with others on a win win basis?

Does anyone have any experience with using "virtual offices" in Zurich?

Used Regus and OBC on Bahnhofstrasse. You have to book them pretty far in advance (or be bloody lucky). The service is usually quite good and they are well equipped.

Only used them for occasional events (meetings where we needed more space than our office provides and presentations for big clients to whom we didn't really want to show our rat-hole of a meeting room and scummy bogs) but never used them on a more permanent basis.

I currently rent at OBC and they are pretty good. I do, however, think you are going to have to lower your expectations. Cheap, stylish in bahnhofstrasse or Paradeplatz is not going to happen. Also, if you plan to use an office on a regular basis then it will be cheaper to rent an office instead of renting meeting rooms on an ad hoc basis.

Regus at Stockerhof?

I currently only need one in Zurich one or two days a week. I'm still optimistic :-)

Still optimistic; any small business/entrepreneur have an office in central Zurich that i can use/rent one or two days a week (pref with WLAN)

my friend has a shared office space called Ecos in Zurich on Bellerivestrasse 11 just opposite the lake - prices from CHF 490.- for your own "virtual office" which is basically having your own tel. number with personal telephone service to answer your calls when you are unreachable , a city centre postal address and mail forwarding service.

They also have various office spaces available on a weekly and monthly rental period including high speed internet, copying and printing facilities and meeting rooms

Just next to where I live there is a castle which it is very impressive.
It is quite close to Enge.
The pace is rented it out for company events...
I am not sure what options are available there for renting or if it is possible to rent and individual meeting room but I think it can be an option

Wow. I had no idea this was available for events. Will definitely take a look at it for our Annual Networking event - thanks! Until now we've always held it at www.bauraulac.ch and www.widderhotel.ch but if the price is within reason we can consider this Schloss Sihlfeld as an alternative.

Not sure if it's a viable weekly office space though :-) but thanks anyway.

BTW if you liked that Schloss you'd love our regular office building, which has a great history too ... Visitors welcome (call first we are often with clients!). Or come to one of courses to get the full experience ...

Just sign up to Regus, they have offices all over the world and two in Zurich, one on Bahnhofstrasse and one in Stockerhof, walk in there when ever you want, theres wlan drinks and its good service...
