Urgently Looking for new Oktoberfest band to perform in Hanoi, Vietnam!

Hi All,
I am Urgently Looking for new Oktoberfest band to perform in Hanoi, Vietnam on the 6 & 7th October all Expenses Paid. It would be an experience in a foreign country, as cultural exchange, with low budget, we will take care of transport, accomodation, food and pocket money. two evenings in October 6 and 7th. It can be newcomers, I like young and motivated, who play a bit of this traditional plus some good dance music (can be rock)
Any help would be appreciated!

As long as the accommodation isn't at the Hanoi Hilton.

Just to clarify... low budget means 250 pro band member pro abend pocket money! The Accommodation & food would be in a 5 star hotel!
