Laws and regulations in Canton fribourg on New Businesses

I have looked through the forum and looked at the latest threads under this heading, but does anyone have any info on Canton specific rules for Fribourg? Or web links to them?

What kind of business do you want to start up?
The assumption is: self-employed and one-man company?

I believe if you give this information, there are a few members who'll come with the formed-company -vs- other options out there. Your risks of course will count towards the way you need to go....

Good assumption for now. Depending on demand and work load, it may expand.
I will not start a registered company to pay 20,000chf off the cuff, nor the 100,000chf option, so I guess private and, I believe in Bern, people can earn up to 30,000chf per year without setting up a SA company.

Legally there is no maximum that a self employed person can earn.

Stupid me, sorry, I meant, a self employed can earn up to 30,000 before the tax man gets involved.

Have you also considered checking with your local authorities for the information - perhaps even an accountant? They will be able to give you more specific advice for sure. For example that you don't have to "pay" those capital amounts, you simply have to have them in the company as assets.
