Hi Me and my girlfriend are bar managers in England and are interested in opening a bar in switzerland to further our careers and also fuel our love of mountain life! I am ideally aiming for Verbier. I have an idea for a bar all planned out but am looking for advice about starting a business as a british citizen and the neccasary licensing laws etc! if anyone can offer any advice or aspects for me to look into i'd greatly appreciate the help!
we both love switzerland and any help anyone can give to enable us to fulfill our dream would be awesome.
also any advice that can be given to how long we can stay out there without citizenship?? etc would be great to.

Call the local goverment get all your documents that show youhave been in the restaurant or Bar busness in England you also will need all certificates . Each Canton is different with Licence lwas for Hospitality. I know St.Gallen. Give more detail and I can ask my Book keeper for more information of the area you are looking at.
