I would like to ask you further information about starting a food truck, itinerant activity in Switzerland.
I need practical advice.
I read on the newspaper that Geneve and Lausanne (my actual domicile) authorized this kind of restaurant even in the center of the city.

but it doesn't have any of the information that I am looking for, so I have posted a new thread!
My questions are: What is the procedure needed to open this activity?
Which permits and documents the chamber of commerce requires?
It is compulsory to have a license? In which cases is not? (if I don't want to sell alcoholic beverages, for example)
Where I can read the hygiene code?
