Starting a Fitness Business

Hi,

I'm moving to Switzerland with my (Swiss) wife within the next 6-9 months. I currently own and operate a small-group and personal training business in Canada. My goal is to continue with this line of work once we move.

I'm looking for any advice on what's needed to get up and running (aside from residency/ work permits, they're in the works). I'm basically starting from scratch.

I'll likely be working 1 on 1 in parks or people's homes until I can build up a sufficient client base to move into a studio.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

James Gordon
