Actually i am student B-permit holder,i would like to open a restaurant in swiss,for that i need to register one company.

About the GMBH registration have some doubts.

Questions:
1.Do i need a C-PERMIT holder for that?
2.Cant i open a restaurant on my name without the support of C-permit holder?
3.If i would open a restaurant can i get any kind of swiss permit?
4.If i would choose GMBH,how much i need.
5.what is the minimum requirements to open a restaurant with GMBH?

Could you please help me in this issue,if anybody interested let me know pls.

In summary, you cannot start a GmbH on the strength of your student permit.

Make an appointment with a Notary or an accountant, pay them their professional fee, get professional advice. It doesn't cost much, but if you do it wrong at the beginning, it can cost a lot to put right. A professional will charge you about Chf 200.-- for a short meeting to advise, that's 1% of the Chf 20'000 you need for a GmbH .....

Not true, anyone can start a GmbH including foreigners residing outside the country.

Not true again. If the C permit holder acts as the director of the company and/or a partial shareholder then this is a good solution - of course, the OP would not be able to reside in Switzerland merely on the strength of being the company owner.

After running a company,how ever i would be the self employed.so can i get any kind working permit,why because i am employed my self.
pls help me in this aspect.

You would be an employee of the LLC, not self-employed. The LLC must obtain a work permit for you.
