Hi,

I am trying to get away from the 9-5 thing and open a restaurant around some ideas I have. I would like to get in touch with people who have experience on this, for CH.

Would love to get more info. I offer beer/pizza/other-food (in ZH, TG, SG)for your experiences specific to CH restaurant industry.
