Interesting idea, Phos

I used to be responsible for market research in an academic hospital....

So I....

create surveys, analyze them - all sorts of surveys
do spatial analyses (make maps from data)
figure out other ways to get data to answer a question
can do lots of statistics.

I've also done PR, corporate communication, patient communication and I've run a call center.

Right now I'm doing some research on how mass media impact the way people think about health issues, and I'm learning how to use computer graphics to render life-like images.

I've also edited academic papers, business communications and fiction.

For fun I do beading - make necklaces and earrings - I used to make great balloon animals... my specialty was the octopus.

Erm, not sure what I can bring to the table but I used to run PR programs for Norton, Nokia and Google back home covering the Asia Pacific region (excluding Japan). So events, editing, proof reading, integrated marketing, writing and social media are all up my alley.

Oh, am also a classically trained pianist

This is getting more interesting. I love the mix of people. The business side of creative would definitely be welcomed... its essential.

A professional event planner expressed interest in hooking this all up. I've seen her work. She's amazing. Also, a possible sponsor if the numbers justify it. Let's see how many people express interest in the next 10 days. Please encourage any creatives you may know to chime in.



Perhaps we can put on a show amongst ourselves - theater/music/fashion/visuals/etc. Let's see how it unfolds.

Yes me, although I kinda lost interest in it. Did freelance before.

So, I think I would be a good roadie... Very handy with all types of electronics (I work as an audio electronics engineer),
mechanical constructions (I am a wizz at building IKEA stuff ) and building stuff from wood. Not afraid to drive a big
van through the middle of the city.

Plus I have a copy of 'Brutal Legend' for the PS3

I am into writing/blogging and currently involved in a documentary film project on post-war Sri Lanka. I will pass on this info to my film partner who is directing the film. He is also a good photographer.
