energy? Please join Health Coach Aletta Karsies van Eeden in this morning workshop to find out!

There will be some time after for socializing and questions & answers session for those able to stay a bit longer.

Who: Everyone is welcome. Limit is 20 participants.

Cost: Free for Centrepoint members; CHF 10.- for non-members
