As the nights grow longer and the afternoons become darker, learn the basics of staying safe. This two hour "Crash Course" IN ENGLISH covers Awareness Training, Self-Defense Techniques, and more.
Gain first hand knowledge of Personal Safety and Self-Defense Techniques from a well-qualified, English Speaking professional. Damian Mohler, of TIAN LONG GUAN in Oberwil, has experience in both the application and English Instruction of threat assessment and hand-to-hand combat.

This course is organized and promoted upon request from a Basel Expat who was attacked in Bruderholz in August. Minimum Age 16. There will be an opportunity to purchase Self-Defense Tools, apparel, and additional classes.
