This is an invitation to all fitness enthusiasts to come try out our CrossFit workout and raise money for a cause!

Background:
CrossFit Zuerich is hosting a 24-in-24 Charity event to raise fund to build a community outreach center in the HIV and poverty stricken villages of Malawi, Africa. The event is in partnership with the Face-to-Face AIDS Project, a non-profit organization that is working to offer a holistic, culturally sensitive approach to nurturing fundamental, long-lasting improvements in the poorest rural communities.

Quick Facts:

* The event starts Saturday, December 3rd, 2011 at 12:00 CET at CrossFit Zürich Glattbrugg location, and continues non-stop until 12:00 on December 4th.

* 24 Athletes will attempt each of 24 CrossFit workouts during 24 hours. 16 athletes (all choosen Crossfit Zuerich members)will attempt all 24 of them! The rest of the slots will go to other supporters and participants.

* The following workout times will be fully OPEN to anyone who would like to join and donate a minimum 24 CHF per workout ((first, middle and last):
- 12:00 Saturday (Dec 3, 2011),
- 0:00 Sunday (Dec 4, 2001 Midnight), and
- 11:00 Sunday (Dec 4, 2011).
