This is an information evening run by the Basel Children's Trust, for those of you with young children (under 5s) to find out about Swiss school - how it works, what they teach kids at Kindergarten, what help is available to you as an English speaker, about lunch and after school options etc. It's an opportunity to ask all those questions that I'm sure you have!

The event is open to BCT members and non members also (free for both).

We will have a representative from the Basel Stadt education department to do a little presentation, and some of our parents - from both BS and BL will share their personal experiences too.

This is now our third time running this very popular event and from past experience we have this time decided to run two separate evenings for public and private schools because we wanted to allow more time for the questions about public school. Our event for private schools is on the 12th (also advertised on the calendar here).
