It was a lot of fun.
Have just been, well I'd like to say forced but it was a more a gentle prod by my misses, to buy a bottle of Caol Ila, which was her favourite whisky of the night.
I think she may have turned from a non-whisky person into a wanna be connoisseur.

let me know if there are any more of these, I'm definetely interested. I'll keep an eye on the website too.

Planthead, Caol Ila is an excellent whisky. Make sure you try the 18 year old as well as the 12 year, it is amazing. I've just bought a special edition of their's finished in Muscatel casks, not opened it yet, will let you know how that is. Yum.

Hi Silvia, Jack,

Wanted to thank for a really nice evening, nice whiskys and a good meal (that was needed after all the tasting).

Seems like I need to do some more "tasting" - but I think I found my favourites.

Our next whisky for beginners class will be in the fall...end of October or November... We'll update our schedule to reflect a date at the end of the summer...
