The choir I sing in performs the German Requiem by Brahms in the Altstetten church on 26 November. Some of my English speaking friends will come, and we will go to dinner, afterwards. So, if you want to join us for the concert or just for dinner, great. Tickets are from CHF 25 to 50. You can get them at www.laudate.ch or at Jecklin and there should tickets be available at the concert, too. In the pre-sale, they are CHF 5 cheaper. The concert is no must, if you want, you can also come to dinner only (in that case, it would not be a commercial event).

PART 1: When: 5 p.m.
What: Brahms Requiem
Where: Reformed Church in Zurich Altstetten. Get off at Lindenplatz, cross the square, and you can already see the church a little uphill

PART 2: When: Around 6.45 or 7, i.e., after the concert
What: Dinner
Where: To be decided - only if someone is interested

So, here is the final plan: The concert lasts from 5 to about 6.30, and after that, we will have dinner at the New Shanghai, which is located at Badenerstrasse, directly near the Tram 2 stop Grimselstrasse.

If you want to come to the concert, tickets are available at the concert. And if you just want to come to dinner: Welcome, too.

So far, there are six of us.

I forgot to say how you can recognize me so that we can go to the restaurant, together. All choir members will be wearing black, so that is not the way to go. I am singing in the alto, i.e., the women standing on the right side (seen from the audience). I am standing in the third row from the bottom, and I am the second woman from the left (again seen from the audience). I have brown, a little curly hair, and I wear glasses. It will take a little longer for me to get out of church, as I will have to get my stuff, etc. I will wear a blue coat and a yellow shawl.
