Closing the end of it's 3rd year of bringing Anglo-Saxon stand up comedy to Switzerland, FUNNY LAUNDRY celebrates the start of summer 2009 at the Théatre du Léman in Geneva on the 3rd of June at 8.30pm.

With the much-missed Geneva "Comedy Nights" presented with The Comedy Store and hosted by Mark Butcher and local private radio station WRG now a thing of the past, the Laundry is very proud to announce a new and exciting partnership with WORLD RADIO SWITZERLAND, transformed into a part of the swiss public service broadcasting network in 2006 from the old WRG, who now become national sponsors of events aimed at bringing Funny Launderers across the nation, world class comedy delivered in an English tongue.

For this first theatre show, with others in the future being planned for Zurich, Geneva and other Swiss cities, there will be THREE of the very best comedians in the world today to raise the ample theatre roof with laughter: a face seen once before at a WRG night, and three times at Funny Laundries, Canuck CRAIG CAMPBELL, with your English compère beyond compare, ARTHUR SMITH and from Scotland one of the UK's most in demand comedians and regular TV face on Mock The Week, FRANKIE BOYLE.
