Hey guys, Just reminding you all of the upcoming (March 6-7 2010) group igloo stay in Engelberg. Below is a short description of the trip; Surrounded by wild, romantic scenery at the base of Mount Titlis this unique Igloo stay will delight like no other. Live like an Eskimo for a night in an Igloo made almost entirely out of snow and ice. Now that’s a story to tell the grandchildren!There's plenty of free time to ski during our time here. The idea would be to leave Basel at around 8am on Saturday morning and travel to Engelberg (2 hours). Upon arrival, you would take the bus from train station directly to your Igloo stay. There is plenty of free time to take a dip in Igloo’s outdoor spa, ski or to simply chill out. At night, why not enjoy a dinner of hot fondue while sipping on a hot cup of Glühwein. Sunday is free to do whatever you please (ski?) before returning to Basel at around 7pm. The price of this trip is 310 CHF per person. This price is based on twin share. The price covers a return train from Basel (everyone must have a Swiss half fare card), space in a 6 bedded Igloo, comfy and warm sleeping bags, head hat, pillows, breakfast and detailed trip notes and the services of a tour leader. Ski hire is an optional cost. Please note that I’ll need 6 people to operate this trip. If the dates don’t suit, you can choose any weekend between mid December and mid April. I just need to know well in advance. Most Igloo stays are booked out by the end of October. Better be quick!
