NEW! Chi Kung Class
Tuesdays 2pm, Start Date 7th September
Chi Kung (aka Qi Gong) is an ancient Chinese system of medical exercises and meditation that enhances health and wellbeing. These simple exercises help increase and mobilise the body’s flow of Chi (vital energy).
Join the class to feel calmer, less stressed, physically stronger and more energetic.
Easy to learn.
No experience is necessary.
No special clothing required.
Just bring yourselves and an open mind.
Beginners’ course in Chi Kung starts Tues. 7th Sept at 2pm.
St Marien Catholic Church Hall next to ISB, Reinach.
Fleischbachstrasse 2, Reinach
(Tram 11, Reinacherhof stop).
