Not at all professional. When we call on there phone they ask to mail and they dont have courtesy even to reply back to you email. Thanks to english forum for providing contacts to many other agencies.
Do not trust these people and wait till last minute.

I received a quote from a company my agency recommended which i found expensive, so i asked quote from zuriclean. It was -600.

The whole process was smooth, even i gave a quite tight deadline(5 days).
No deduction from deposit.

I used this company and it didnt go so well. Maybe it was an exception but I would not use them again. I spotted all these recommends on EF which is why I went with them, but regretted it.

I had a very positive experience with Züriclean last week. They provided a competitive quote and did a good job on a large apartment (5.5 and 167 sq metres). Intizar was a pleasure to deal with. Recommended.

Looks like they could certainly use you to answer their e-mails. But I guess that's a moot point .....

Highly recommended. They were able to accomodate a last minute request in difficult conditions. After that, great work with the apartment (which wasn't in a great shape when they started tbh), was spotless after a day of work.
