Just had Zuriclean finish with our checkout last week. Excellent cleaners. Prompt, efficient and no complaints from the landlord at checkout. The place was spotless and they cleaned the apartment much better then when we received it. They were present at checkout the day after cleaning as requested. We could not have been happier with the service they provided. PM me if you have concerns because we would use them anytime again.

Züriclean just cleaned my apartment last week. I had a huge apartment with lots of windows, and they did a good job. My landlord had no complaints, and thus I had no complaints. Their quote was reasonable too.

Dear Intizar
you charged me quite a lot for cleaning my apartment on Zuriberg on 16.7.12 and your man insisted quite a lot for the extra VAT charge.
I did the maths and with a crew of 3, your margin is over 150 pc. That's OK, I agreed to your quote.
Then I found out that the invoice he gave me was not including the VAT amount.
I sent you an email to ask you for an invoice reflecting the FULL amount paid (including the 8pc VAT, the bit that goes to the State coffers)
Please send me that correct invoice ASAP.
Merci u. Gruss

Just wanted to say that I used Zuriclean for my checkout back at the end of July. They did a great job, everything left spotless, and came back for the handover. Landlord and new tenant were more than happy with everything they do. A big thanks to Intizar and his team for ensuring at least 1 item was stress free!

| | | Re: Züriclean - an English-speaking cleaning company in Zürich Here is the feedback of my personal experience: I was in touch with them a few months ago, as I needed to have my apartment cleaned up before the hand over... Pluses + Contact was smooth, they could speak English and also my native language + They went for an inspection just a few hours later we got in touch and they cleaned up the apartment two days after; + They attended the handover and I ended up getting back my full deposit from my landlord. Minuses - During the cleaning of the apartment one of the shelves of the kitchen and the fan above the stove got damaged (I had to pay 100 CHF to get them fixed) - The price was 620 CHF excl. VAT, not exactly a cheap one for a small studio of 35 square meters - VAT rip-off: when I asked the final amount to be paid, I was asked 800 CHF. After I complained, I was told that there was a mistake on the calculation and that I had to pay 745 CHF. I didn’t know anything about VAT in Switzerland, but when a few days later when I checked it turned out that the VAT charge is only 8%, whereas the VAT they charge was 20% (not to mention the fact that I was given no receipt), so I do believe that I got really screwed because of my inexperience and that I should be given back the extra money I've been unfairly charged along with a receipt of my payment. | | This user would like to thank MiniMaxx for this useful post: | |

As a company they should have insurance, though a small amount they probably would not bother claiming. You should have taken the cost off the cleaning and presented them with the repair bill.
MWST is 8%. Did you pay cash? Is that why you have no receipt?
While I am of the opinion that disputes should be taken up in private, in this case I think posting might serve as a warning to others.
As for the price to clean, apartments can vary quite a bit in terms of what needs to be cleaned and how. That is why the best companies always visit and provide a firm quotation. If you did not obtain more than one quote, it is unfair to say whether the one you had was reasonable. I have had clients with studios and the cleaning price range is huge.

Hi Dear ,
Thanks a lot for your feedback.
I just wanna ask you if someone from our company broken something why you didnt tell us to pay because we are fully insured, you could even send us a bill but you never did and never sent us a mail that such things happen.Cleaners are also human beings thats why the companies have insurance.About payment first of all its almost impossible that you dont get a receipt secondly it is also your responsability to ask this,no body can charge you more than eight percent sales tax you are somwhere mistaken.
Any way please mail us all your complains at info@zuericlean.ch and send us your 100 Franks bill too.Everything is registerd in our accountancy office and you will get all details again like what was the quote, how much was thw final amount etc...send us your repairing bill too you will get payed.Just for the next time if there is a some demage through cleaning ompany, painters etc please let them know and show them waht is the demage, there is no problem here because insurance companies are gonna pay this.
Have a lovely day.
Cheers
